Frequently Asked Questions

These answers explain the general enquiry and booking process.
Your specific confirmed offer and the Terms and Conditions take precedence over this general FAQ.

What is FootballTrips.net?

FootballTrips.net creates local football, sporting and educational experiences built around authentic football culture. In Prague, we focus on Matchday Experiences and tailored programmes for youth teams, coaches and clubs.

Does submitting the form create a binding booking?

No. The form is a non-binding enquiry. We will check availability, clarify the programme and price, and send you a specific offer. A booking is created only in accordance with that offer, usually after you accept it and make the required payment.

Do you sell a travel package including transport and accommodation?

No, unless a specific offer expressly states otherwise. FootballTrips.net normally provides local services and the football programme at the destination. Customers arrange their own travel to Prague, accommodation and travel insurance.

Which languages are available?

Programmes are normally delivered in English or Czech. Another language may be agreed depending on the group and availability. The language will be confirmed in your offer.

How early should I enquire?

As early as possible, especially for derbies, European matches, larger groups and club programmes. You may enquire before the exact kick-off time is confirmed; availability and the final programme will be confirmed later.

What is included in a Prague Matchday Experience?

The exact content depends on the club and match. An offer may include local hosting, an introduction to the club and supporter culture, a shared pre-match programme and a match ticket where this is expressly included in the confirmed offer.

Is a match ticket always included?

Only where it is expressly included in the specific offer and booking confirmation. Tickets are subject to availability, club and organiser rules, and any restrictions applying to the match.

Are the match date and kick-off time guaranteed?

No. League and cup fixtures may be moved because of television scheduling, security requirements, European competitions or organiser decisions. Until the organiser confirms the fixture, any published date or time should be treated as provisional.

What happens if the match is rescheduled?

We will inform you as soon as reasonably possible and try to adapt the local programme to the new kick-off. Changes and cancellations are governed by the confirmed offer and Terms and Conditions. We therefore recommend flexible travel and accommodation bookings.

Where do we meet the host?

We will send the exact meeting point and time before the event. It will normally be an accessible public location near the stadium or the agreed pre-match venue.

Can I join alone or with a small group?

Yes. We accept enquiries from solo visitors, couples, families and private groups. Operation and price depend on minimum capacity, availability and the selected match.

Is the Matchday Experience suitable for children?

For most fixtures, yes, but suitability depends on the club, opponent, seating area and expected atmosphere. Minors must be accompanied by a responsible adult unless the confirmed offer expressly states otherwise.

Can you assist with accessibility requirements?

Yes. Tell us about your requirements in the enquiry. We will check the stadium and programme options, but accessible seating and related services remain subject to availability and organiser rules.

What is Youth Football?

Youth Football means tailored local football programmes for youth teams, academies, grassroots clubs and schools. Depending on the confirmed programme, this may include training sessions, friendly matches, club visits or educational activities.

Do you provide Youth Football as a complete travel package?

Not as standard. We design and coordinate the local football and educational programme. The group arranges transport and accommodation separately, or through a separately contracted authorised partner.

What are Coaching Clinics?

Coaching Clinics are professional learning programmes for coaches, technical staff and club personnel. They are not player training camps. Depending on host availability, a programme may include training observation, professional discussions, methodology workshops and peer exchange.

Do you guarantee access to a professional academy?

No. Club visits, training observation and meetings with coaches are included only when specifically confirmed by the host organisation. Such access should never be treated as automatic.

How do tournament programmes work?

Tournament programmes are prepared around the age category, playing level, preferred dates, group size and organiser availability. Start with a non-binding enquiry; after checking the options, we will send a specific proposal.

What information do you need for a group enquiry?

Please provide the programme type, preferred dates, number of participants, player ages or category, playing level, number of staff, preferred language and main objectives. Better information allows us to prepare a more accurate offer.

How can I contact you?
