1. Provider and scope
These Terms and Conditions govern services offered under the FootballTrips.net brand by Mirza Hadžič, ID No. 29517117, registered office/place of business: Běhounkova 2302/1, Prague, Czech Republic, registered in the Czech Trade Licensing Register, email: mirza.hadzic@seznam.cz, telephone: +420 773 926 747 (the “Provider”).
These Terms apply to consumers and, where appropriate, to business customers booking local football-related services in Prague or other confirmed destinations. Any individual offer, confirmed booking, programme, price quotation or product-specific conditions form part of the contract and prevail over these Terms if they expressly state a different rule.
2. Definitions
“Customer” means the person or organisation making the booking. “Participant” means any person taking part in a service. “Request” means a non-binding enquiry. “Booking Confirmation” means the Provider’s written acceptance specifying the service, date or period, price and payment terms. “Matchday Experience” means a locally delivered programme connected with a football match. “Social Club Event” means an organised community programme, match screening or meet-up. “Youth Football Programme” includes coaching clinics, tournament participation support and custom team programmes.
3. Services covered
The Provider may offer: (a) Prague FC matchday experiences; (b) Prague FC Social Club events; (c) coaching clinics and professional learning visits; (d) international tournament participation support; (e) custom local team programmes; and (f) other football-culture activities expressly described in the confirmed offer.
Only services expressly listed in the Booking Confirmation are included. Travel to and from the destination, accommodation, insurance, visas, meals, drinks, local transport and personal expenses are excluded unless expressly stated.
4. No package travel unless expressly stated
Unless the confirmed offer expressly identifies a licensed travel organiser or travel agency and provides the legally required package-travel information, FootballTrips.net supplies only the local football programme and organisational support described in the Booking Confirmation. Customers arrange travel and accommodation independently or through a separately identified licensed travel partner.
The Provider will not combine or sell transport, accommodation and other travel services as a package or linked travel arrangement unless all applicable legal requirements are satisfied.
5. Enquiry, reservation and contract formation
Submitting a Request/Reserve form is a non-binding enquiry and does not guarantee availability, tickets or access to a club or academy. The Provider will issue a written offer or Booking Confirmation. A contract is formed only when the Customer accepts the offer in the required manner and pays the requested deposit or full price by the stated deadline.
The Provider may refuse a request before confirmation, particularly where tickets, facilities, guides, coaches, club access or minimum group size are unavailable.
6. Prices and payment
Prices are stated in the currency shown in the offer and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. The Customer must pay the deposit and balance by the deadlines in the Booking Confirmation. The Provider may require immediate full payment for match tickets, venue hire, tournament fees or other non-refundable third-party costs.
Failure to pay on time may be treated as cancellation by the Customer. Bank, card, exchange-rate and international transfer fees are borne by the Customer unless the offer states otherwise.
7. Match tickets and match scheduling
Match tickets are included only if expressly stated. Ticket availability, category, sector and delivery method are subject to the club, ticketing provider and stadium rules. Adjacent seats are not guaranteed unless expressly confirmed.
Fixture dates and kick-off times may be changed by the league, broadcaster, football association, club, police or public authorities. Until the official time is confirmed, the Customer must keep the relevant match weekend or period available. A reasonable change of kick-off time or match date within the relevant weekend does not by itself entitle the Customer to cancel free of charge.
Tickets may not be resold. Participants must follow stadium regulations, security instructions and any restrictions concerning supporter colours, identification, age or entry.
8. Club, academy and training access
Visits to clubs, academies, training sessions, stadiums or professional staff are subject to final approval and operational requirements of the relevant third party. The Provider may replace an unavailable visit, speaker, coach, session or facility with a reasonably comparable alternative. Access to confidential, tactical or restricted areas is never guaranteed.
9. Programme changes
The Provider may make reasonable changes to times, meeting points, route, guide, venue, pub, speaker, coach, training content or sequence of activities because of fixture changes, club operations, security, weather, transport disruption, illness or other circumstances outside the Provider’s reasonable control. Where possible, the essential character and value of the booked service will be preserved.
10. Customer cancellation
Cancellation must be made in writing. Unless the confirmed offer contains a different cancellation schedule, the following charges apply to the service price excluding separately identified non-refundable third-party costs:
- more than 30 days before the service: 15%;
- 15–30 days before the service: 50%;
- 8–14 days before the service: 75%;
- 7 days or less, or no-show: 100%.
Match tickets, tournament entry fees, venue hire, customised equipment and other costs identified as non-refundable are charged at 100% once committed. The Customer may propose a substitute participant, subject to third-party rules and any reasonable administrative or price difference.
11. Cancellation or material change by the Provider
The Provider may cancel a service because of insufficient participation, unavailable tickets or venue, club decision, safety concerns, illness without a suitable replacement, force majeure or another serious operational reason. The Provider will offer, where reasonably possible, a comparable alternative, credit or refund of the amount paid for the cancelled part.
The Provider is not required to reimburse independent travel, accommodation or other consequential costs unless liability arises under mandatory law. Any recoverable amount may be reduced by non-refundable third-party costs only where legally permitted and transparently documented.
12. Postponed, abandoned or closed-door matches
If a match is postponed, abandoned, relocated or played without spectators, the Provider may: (a) move the experience to the rearranged match; (b) offer another match or non-matchday programme; (c) issue credit; or (d) refund the part of the price relating to services that cannot be delivered, after accounting for lawfully non-refundable costs. The appropriate solution depends on timing, ticket rules and the remaining programme.
13. Consumer withdrawal right
Where a consumer books a leisure service for a specific date or period, the statutory 14-day withdrawal right may not apply under Czech law. Where the exception does not apply, the consumer retains the statutory withdrawal right and will receive the required information and model form. Where performance is requested before the withdrawal period ends, the Provider will obtain any consent and acknowledgement required by law.
14. Participant responsibilities and conduct
Participants must provide accurate information, arrive on time, follow the guide’s and organiser’s reasonable instructions, comply with Czech law and venue rules, and behave safely and respectfully. Violence, discrimination, harassment, dangerous behaviour, severe intoxication, use of pyrotechnics or conduct that threatens the group or venue is prohibited.
The Provider may remove a participant whose conduct creates a serious risk or disruption. No refund is due for services lost because of the participant’s own serious breach.
15. Health, accessibility and insurance
Customers must inform the Provider before confirmation of material mobility, accessibility, allergy or health requirements relevant to the programme. The Provider will state whether reasonable adjustments can be made but cannot guarantee that third-party venues are fully accessible.
Participants are responsible for obtaining suitable travel, medical, accident and cancellation insurance. Participation in sports or active sessions is voluntary and subject to ordinary inherent risks.
16. Minors and youth groups
A minor may participate only with the consent of a legal guardian and under the supervision arrangements confirmed in writing. For team or school bookings, the Customer remains responsible for providing sufficient adult supervisors unless the Booking Confirmation expressly assigns specific supervision duties to the Provider.
The Customer must provide emergency contacts, relevant medical information and required permissions. Photography or video of minors will be used only on an appropriate legal basis and in accordance with the Privacy Policy and any required consent.
17. Social Club events
Prague FC Social Club is an organised community programme intended to connect local and international football fans through selected match screenings, meet-ups and accompanying activities. The exact venue, match, capacity, included consumption and programme are stated for each event. Entry may be refused where capacity is reached or where a participant breaches venue or conduct rules.
18. Coaching clinics and tournaments
Coaching clinics are educational and observational programmes; they do not guarantee employment, certification, a trial, recruitment or access to confidential club information. Tournament services are limited to the support expressly confirmed. Tournament organisers, clubs and governing bodies control eligibility, rules, fixtures, disciplinary matters and competition changes.
The Customer is responsible for player registration data, age eligibility, medical fitness, travel documents and sufficient team staff unless expressly agreed otherwise.
19. Liability
The Provider is responsible for duly providing the contracted services and for damage caused by a breach of legal duties, subject to mandatory law. The Provider is not responsible for acts or omissions of independent third parties, transport disruption, personal property, customer misconduct or circumstances outside its reasonable control, except where the law provides otherwise.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for intent, gross negligence, injury to life or health, or any liability that cannot legally be excluded. Business customers may be subject to a liability cap stated in the individual offer.
20. Complaints
A Customer should report a problem without undue delay, preferably during the service so that a remedy can be attempted. Complaints may be sent to mirza.hadzic@seznam.cz and should include the Customer’s name, booking reference, description of the issue and requested remedy.
Consumer complaints will be handled without undue delay and no later than the statutory deadline, unless a longer period is agreed with the consumer.
21. Alternative dispute resolution
A consumer who has unsuccessfully attempted to resolve a dispute directly with the Provider may contact the Czech Trade Inspection Authority (Česká obchodní inspekce), Štěpánská 44, 110 00 Prague 1, Czech Republic, as the competent entity for out-of-court consumer dispute resolution. Further information is available at https://coi.gov.cz/…dr/.
22. Personal data
Personal data are processed in accordance with the Provider’s separate Privacy Policy. Booking data may be shared with clubs, venues, ticketing providers, coaches, tournament organisers, payment providers and other suppliers only to the extent necessary for the booking or as otherwise permitted by law. Marketing communications are sent only on an appropriate legal basis and can be unsubscribed from at any time.
23. Intellectual property and media
Website content, programme materials and FootballTrips.net branding may not be copied or commercially used without permission. Participants may take personal photographs where venue rules allow. Commercial filming, organised media production and use of club intellectual property may require prior consent.
24. Force majeure
Neither party is liable for failure caused by events beyond reasonable control, including severe weather, epidemic restrictions, war, terrorism, civil unrest, strikes, transport shutdown, government measures, stadium closure or decisions of sporting authorities. The parties will cooperate in good faith to minimise loss and find a reasonable alternative.
25. Governing law and final provisions
The contract is governed by Czech law, without depriving a consumer of mandatory protections applicable in the consumer’s country of habitual residence. Czech courts have jurisdiction, subject to mandatory consumer-jurisdiction rules.
If a provision is invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain effective. The Provider may update these Terms for future bookings. The version accepted at the time of booking applies to that booking.
These Terms are prepared in English and Czech. Both versions are intended to have the same meaning. In the event of an inconsistency, the Czech version prevails, unless mandatory law requires otherwise.
