1) What is FootballTrips.net right now?
We’re collecting non-binding enquiries for football experiences, coaching visits, and Arrival to Prague assistance (airport pickup, city orientation, matchday escort). We are not currently signing contracts or taking payments.

2) Is my form submission a booking?
No. It’s an enquiry only. A contract would exist only after we send a concrete proposal and you explicitly accept it.

3) Do I pay anything now?
No. No payments or deposits at this stage.

4) What’s included in the Arrival to Prague service?
Typically: airport pickup (PRG), help with local transport/accommodation check-in, short orientation (neighbourhoods, safety, public transport), and matchday assistance (stadium route, fan zones). The scope is flexible.

5) Do you arrange tickets, hotels, or transport?
Right now we provide recommendations and orientation only. When we start selling full packages, we’ll publish full Terms and a clear process.

6) What happens after I send an enquiry?
We’ll reply by e-mail/phone, ask for details (e.g., flight number, arrival time, accommodation), and send an indicative outline. None of this obliges you to buy anything.

7) Who do I contract with once it’s final?
Either with us (for local assistance) or directly with a vetted third-party provider (e.g., ticketing/accommodation). The proposal will state this clearly.

8) How do you use my data (incl. flight number)?
Only to coordinate the requested assistance and communicate with you. See our Privacy Notice for details.

9) Is the “Prague Football Culture” product on .net or .cz?
It’s communicated on .net; it’s not on the .cz site.

10) When will you start full sales?
