This website is used exclusively to collect non-binding enquiries and for preliminary discussions about football experiences, coaching visits, and Arrival to Prague assistance (e.g., airport pickup, orientation, matchday escort, recommendations). Submitting an enquiry does not create a contract, reservation, or right to services. No package travel contract is formed; any obligation would arise only after a separate written agreement confirming price and terms.

2) How we communicate

After your enquiry we may send an informal, non-binding outline (possible times, scope of the arrival service, suggested clubs/matches). This is not a binding offer. A contract (if any) is formed later, by explicitly accepting a specific written proposal with full terms.

3) Prices & availability

All prices, capacities, dates and information on the site or by e-mail are indicative only and do not constitute an offer. Final terms and the total price will appear only in a specific contract proposal.

4) Payments

There are no payments or deposits on this website. Any payments would occur only after a separate agreement with us or with a listed third-party provider (if applicable).

5) Scope & limits of the Arrival to Prague service

The arrival service is local assistance in Prague (city and nearby area). We are not acting as an organiser of combined travel services that would amount to a package; at this stage we recommend options (accommodation, transport, tickets) and help with orientation and matchday logistics.

6) Third-party links & services

Links to clubs, carriers, accommodation or ticketing are for information only. We are not responsible for their content or changes. Your statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.

7) Intellectual property

Site content (texts, photos, graphics, logos) is protected. Any use beyond legal exceptions requires our prior consent.

8) Changes to these terms

We may update these terms; the current version with the effective date is always shown here.

9) Governing law

These terms and any pre-contract interactions are governed by the law of the Czech Republic. Mandatory consumer rights are not affected.

Heads-up for later: If/when we start selling and taking payment for combined services with an overnight stay or over 24h (i.e., package travel), we will switch to full Terms & Conditions, provide all mandatory pre-contract information, and hold insolvency protection/insurance before any sale.
